Noob from Montana

Hello everyone.  I really like the site so far,lots of great information. I live in Worden MT, and I drive fuel tankers for a living.  I am pretty new to smoking, but love it and am wanting to move on to bigger and better things. I have been smoking with a large store bought offset smoker for a couple years now and like it, but now i want better. I have tried smoking with many types of wood and every meat i could get my hands on. I have gotten pretty good with what i have but i have out grown it and now want better. Im planning to build my own with a 275gal fuel oil tank. I will ask all my questions in the proper forum. Looking forward to learning from some smoking experts.

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
