Hello,

Just started smoking a few weeks ago on a brinkmann rectangle charcoal thing. It leaks like a siv, but having fun. I have only cooked chicken son far. Planning on a pork loin (my son's request) and a fatty on Friday.

I've enjoyed lurking around so far. Looking forward to learning more.

Thanks, Mike
