Hi guys, been reading threads here for months to get info and learn more then finally decided to join! I currently use Weber 22.5 kettle to smoke trout, chickens, pork tenderloin, catfish, squirrel, turkey breast, and jerky. I hope to build an electric smoker eventually. Looking forward to chatting!
