Hi. This isn't my first visit to the site but I finally signed up since my girlfriend got me a smoker for my birthday. I was bitten by the smoking bug early this year but was gonna wait to buy one till next spring (saving for a house)- thankfully I don't have to wait that long now. The only downer is that she gave me the smoker less than 12 hours before we left on vacation so it is built but sitting unused at home still. Can't wait to get back and do up a brisket using all the info I've picked up from the site so far.
