First butts on the pellet grill, they were about 5# each wanted ribs but the store didn't have any. Rubbed with Con Yeager Smokey BBQ and Wing Dust. Wanted them for dinner didn't get home from work till 1:00 the GF had them out for a couple hours and the Rec Tec fired up to 200 till I got home so they went right on about 3 hours them bumped to 250 until they were in the 160's and I was getting hungry, so temp to 310 till meat was mid 170's we sliced some off and foiled them back up and they are in the oven at 250 cooking till 200. Very good, moist and tender.
