Just joined up here a few days ago. I'm from North Carolina and enjoy good BBQ. I mainly cook off a lightly modified Chargriller charcoal grill with a side firebox. I do most of my sausages and jerky in an Electric Bradley Smoker which I really like. I've enjoyed reading through the post here and hope to contribute what I can. Thanks
