Anyone doing anything special tomorrow for the start of football season whether at a game or at home watching? I'm planning on some ribs and I have a hot dog roller grill that I'll get going.

Go Dolphins!! :)

I could make a fortune draggin my smokers down there but they made it illegal to 'tailgate' without you possessing a ticket to the game!! How STUPID is that? I can't stay in any parking lot around the stadium and sit there threw the game without having a ticket.

Is this common?

"Go anyone besides the Rams... they will suck!!"

Down here in Jacksonville Fl we have the Jags and we don't have alot to get excided about the coach to us isn't quite cutting the mustard for the last couple of years. But If you throw in those GATORS we go nutso around here.

Eagles Home Opener not until next week, but i'm doing some pre-smoking for the tailgate.

Pulled Pork Nachos with smoked salsa.

Rubbing down a pork shoulder overnite, smoking over apple wood, pulling with some Sweet Baby Rays sauce(never got good at making my own). Frig over nite, throw in the cooler, and then foil up to reheat on the grill at the tailgate.

Heavily soaking some white oak chips, slowly smoking a handful of veggies(still experimenting on ingredients) on low for only about 90mins-2hr for the salsa. Frig and cooler with pork.

Set the base of the nachoes with big bag of blue chips, crumbled bacon, melted wisc cheddar chunks, black olives, scallions, and sour cream. Douce with the chilled smoked salsa and cover with the pulled pork form the grill.

I'm a bit of a newbie, so i would love to smoke the bacon and cheese as i've heard others do, but we'll stay easy for now.

Any suggestions or tips from experience are more than welcome - would love to hear. E-A-G-L-E-S...EAGLES!
