Newly converted to MES from AKORN grill/ Montgomery, illinois

I am new to electric smoking. Recently used a Char Griller AKORN. Loved the end result but too much work. Any suggestions on recipes, tips etc would be appreciated!

I think you're going to love being a wattburner.

There was a man around a while ago that said,

" set it and forget it " well it's not quite that simple.

But it ain't bad.

Recipes for your MES, go up to the search feature

and type in Bear steps.

Follow that and you will come upon a very complete set of

step by step things to cook in your MES.
