Hello to the Forum,

Name is Todd and just joining after lurking for a while. The board has been a great help except to my ever expanding midsection. Too many great ideas that sound delish.

I found the board while researching smokers to buy, and ended up with a MES40. So far I have cooked a few stuffed pork loins and fatties. I am trying my first smaller pork butt today and will get a new thread with Q-View going later.

Looking forward to the great ideas, recipes and experienced replies as we continue to expand the smoke obsession here.

Thanks Gary, and same threatening weather here on our piece of the map. Had to put up the 10x10 canopy for today's smoking.
 
Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
