Hi there.I'm from South Africa,glad to be here.I haven't bought my smoker yet,just looking here there and everywhere for as much info on smoking as i can get my hands on.Will be getting an electic smoker,can take up to 6 racks of pork spare ribs at s time.My main aim is to sell to the public eventually,after getting my recipe and so on perfected.Smoked pork ribs are very expensive and i do love it so,so now I'm going to smoke it myself and share the happiness.
I'm all ears for tips and help,thank you for having me.

Welcome to the forum!  I only smoke for a few people at a time, but i do understand wanting to spread the happiness!
