Hello all,

Well it was suggested to introduce myself and here it goes. I have been getting tips from this website for awhile and decided to join.

I live in the wonderful Commonwealth of Massachusetts (tax-a-chipsets) I call it. I think I'm breaking the rules but I have a Webber summit 6 banner propane grill. I have always been a propane guy, probably because I never tried anything else, I'm sure it's due to laziness. Although I will say I have been experimenting on different grilling methods and have used slow cooking approaches that are used in slow cookers/smokers. All I will say it's a work in progress, lol.

Glad to be here and looking forward to talk to you experienced grilles/smokers.

Oh ya, I started a pork shoulder picnic cut today. I will attempt to post as this process goes.

Happy cooking and eating[emoji]128076[/emoji]
