My wife and I retired and moved to a small town in Central Utah three years ago, where I love to hunt and fly fish.

I am the kibble/hay/grain provider for three dogs - two English Springers (one a Master Hunter) and an English Cocker, one old Arabian mare, and three free range chickens.

I am new to smoking. I use a Masterbuilt electric, and so far have limited my efforts to smoking trout, salmon and venison (jerky).
