Hello everyone! I'm from PA and I have always paid someone to smoke my venison but I'm ready to try it on my own. I have an old 7up glass front cooler that I want to convert into a smoker cooker. Can anyone give me any pointers? I have stripped all the refrigeration stuff out of it and I'm ready for next step but I don't know what that is. Thanks for your help.
