Hey all, My name is Jason. New to the forum and relatively new at smoking. I have a 30" 1st gen MES, it gets the job done. So far i've smoked whole chickens, pork butts, ribs, mac n cheese, 4" pork chops, and chicken wings. Moist, juicy, fall apart, but I need help with rubs, marinades, sauces! I'm from Indiana and living in Sicily, Italy at this time.
