Morning

I was in the States last year October and had my first real BBQ experience in Montana, since then I have been hooked! When I came back to South Africa I have tried a couple of different things to get the same kind of flavour and taste, mainly messing around with my Weber, but alas, nothin has come close to smoking.

I want to build my own smoker and start bbq'ing to my hearts content but I am not 100% sure where to start. There is a lot of advice online but, it is a bit daunting. So, I'm hopin you ood people can give me some pointers as to which smoker to consider building as a starter smoker and where to go from there.

Thanks everyone!
