    Good day to you all, just a little intro to myself, I'm old fat and ugly. Got kids and Guns. Love to Smoke my meats, the first time i did it was thanksgiving, I used to fry my turkey before that i would roast it, now I've found the right path i will never fry or bake the bird again!

    Other things i have smoked Beef pork and fish (yum). I have a number of years under my belt cooking fabulous meals for the companies i have worked for along with my family, but as i no longer work in the industry i intend to build a full bodied double barrel smoker to throw parties for the Fire department i volunteer for.

    Anyone who has given the smoking field a ton of time i will be bugging you for tips (i hope your OK with that).

    well thats all i have right now so until i can get to the PC again ....

    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
