New to your forum an looking to learn. I have to many hobbies an semi retired but I like to cook. Started with a Brinkman Electric smoker which I liked. Put pecan chunks in the bottom, water in the pot, an meat on the grills, plug it up an 4 hrs later dinner was ready. Worked great for me, ride the motorcycle for 4 hrs an dinners cooked. Used it for 2 yrs an this pass year bought a large big green egg. Liked the egg some much I bought a medium one a month ago.I cook on them at least 5 to 6 nights every week. Have my own little cook house in the backyard so rain does not affect me cooking. Live in Beech Island,SC an yea the weather sucked today but the ribs were good.
