newby from michigan hello

new here, were from michigan, (gaylord mi, we winter in mexico beach florida) been playing around with smoking for several years, salmon season deer season intertaining friends ect, latley here in florida Ive smoked blue crabs, sea trout, grouper, whiting chicken and pork.also started a build 250 gal,found this cool site looking for info on my build. O by the way Im steve, will up load pics soon as Im learning my way around here. thank u all
