Hey guys i pulled off my first smoke today. I did 2 racks of spare ribs and used the 3-2-1 method i read about on the forums. I put a basic rub on them that i got from a friend and it turned out not as good as his but better than iv'e ever made ribs before. What do you all think for a first timer....sorry about having only one picture but i was so caught up in the smell for most of it that i forgot to take pictures in the process. I used a Brinkman vertical electric smoker too, worked pretty good besides the temp gauge is about 75 degrees off and the dial on bottom is about 25.
