    Hello from Greenville SC. My name is wonl2. I am fairly new to the smoking scene. I have one of those metal domed smoker that uses charcoal for smoking. I also own a gas grill, but the taste of the charcoal cooked food just can't be beat. I am interested in building on my experience by building a brick smoker in my back yard. I am looking for plans that will help me with my design. I'm looking for a smoker that will smoke enough meat to feed approx 10 people comfortably. I'm not looking to feed the neighborhood, bu I will tease them with the smell!!!. I am also interested in recipes for favorite rubs, marinades, recipes, etc... I was searching for a Hash recipe on the internet with no luck. They serve the hash over rice and it seems to be all meat. I have found several recies but none seem to be the kind that I have tasted. I had the Hash at this resturaunt called Mutts BBQ. If you are ever in Greenville SC, I recommend Mutts BBQ. In my opinion, they are the best in town.
