Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Jed and I have recently been bitten by the smoking bug.
I have bought my first smoker, a digital Centro Electric, and have given a set of BB's a go so far. This sat will be a test run for chicken. I've been lurking here for some time and have taken in a wealth of information that I cannot wait to use.

good day all.

Thanks for the intro. Jed, and welcome to the SMF. Congrats on the new smoker, lookin' forward to some Q View!

Welcome to the gang, Jed. I've found that this little hobby has quickly turned into an obsession!

Good luck on your first smoke! Ton of great threads out there on smoking chicken, but don't hesitate to holler if you need help.

I am very new to smoking, in fact I just bought my first smoker yesterday. I got a chargriller Outlaw with a side smokebox. Some of my friends who are into smoking meat told me that the side smokebox was the way to go, hopefully I won't be dissappointed. I am looking forward to any of the advice you all will be able to share.
