Greeting all, my name is Bob and I live on the eastern shore of md. I am new to smoking and can use all the help I can get. I have a Weber 22.5 kettle grill and a Bradley electric smoker. So far I have smoked two pork shoulders, a couple of chickens and 1 brisket. I like the convenience of the Bradley but I enjoy the work that goes into the kettle. This weekend I am smoking a ham, I used the recipe I found on this web site and I cant wait to see how it turns out. Any way just wanted to introduce my self and look forward to learning lots!!
