Hi everyone my name is Kirk I'm from and live in El Paso Texas. My user name is Turko because that's what my uncle calls me. He only speaks Spanish so that's his way of translating Kirk into Spanish. I've just gotten into smoking large amounts of meat well at least I think it's large. 100lbs+ Hope to learn a lot and pass on whatever I can help with.oh and I have an electric master built electric smoker and a chat grilled smoker and I just built a big cinder block smoker.
