Hello all,
My daughter just bought me a smoker for my Bday because I have talked about it in the past. I didn't get one myself because I tend to get a bit obsessive on hobbies once i start, :) Just a plain Charbroil vertical smoker. Live in Northern NJ, will be starting my first smoke tomorrow with just chicken thighs to go cheap the first time. Looking forward to moving up to other things!!!!
