So I am looking to take the leap into smoking meat. A couple buddies have MES and I think for convenience that is the way I am going to go. Going to get the MES 40" 2.5 from SAMs club. I have LOTS of questions and I continue to read the forums here , but I've heard from a couple people that they won't do fish in their MES because they are afraid that it will make all their other food taste fishy. I know someone else who claims that's not true. So I'm thought I'd come here to get some advice. Thoughts?
