Hi Guys I recently bought a smoker, a MES 40inch. Ive been lurking here for a few months and finally decided to try my luck at smoking. The only experience I've had before is I knew I liked the taste of smoked stuff. So hopefully this isn't a disaster waiting to happen.

I have bought the book advertised on here and have read it a few times over.

Disaster, what could go wrong?

With that MES and a twelve pack it will come out good.

Lots of the MES around, I think you've really got to try 

to mess up very bad with that one.
