    Hello I'm new to this. I'm from Vancouver Washington. Looking to smoke for my first time. Looking to do some jerky sticks out of ground beef. Just looking for some advice. Got the beef mixed with some salt and seasoning. My question is how long do I let it sit before putting it in the smoker and then how long do I smoke it for?
