Newbie!!

Hello everyone!

My name is Derrick and I live in Iowa. I am a newbie to smoking, in fact, I haven't done it myself...yet.  Yesterday I received an early Father's Day gift and was surprised with a new Master Build 40 electric smoker from Sam's Club. I haven't had an opportunity to mess around with it yet. I'm really looking forward to learn from all of you experts.
