SmokinStitch lives in the greater Chicagoland area.  I use a Masterbuilt electric smoker.  My family mostly enjoys my cooking.  I've had pretty good luck with pork shoulder (for pulled pork), baby backs,, and chicken breasts.  I've tried a whole turkey and a turkey breast.  I did OK with my first beef brisket and I even tried smoked spam; it was surprisingly good.

I'm more of a weekend smoker who likes to feed the family tasty treats.

Any and ALL advice is greatly appreciated

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a cool, windy and rainy day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
