Hi my name is Joe I'm 57 I live on Long Island N.Y. I have an Electric smoker I guess I'm a beginner I've Smoked some fish, three pork shoulders, couple racks of ribs. I've tried to smoke a turkey but wound up throwing it out  it was way too salty from the brine.so im here to see is I can learn new technics I'm open for suggestions.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
