Hello, my name is Tony. I am a newbie smoker, smoking for the first time today. I've got chicken drumetts and thighs smoking in apple and peach. I just got my smoker on fathers day it's a Masterbuilt Signature Series. They have been in there for 4 hours now and the highest IT I can get is 140. I've got a brand new Farberware thermometer. I know the digital is better but bought this one on an impulse. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
