I had the pleasure of tasting some of the best sausage and brisket in my lifetime---a product of a Kamado Classic smoker/grill. OH MY GOSH...needless to say I love to cook and this recent exposure has inflamed my desire for a smoker/grill. Are there any products y'all would recommend for newbies that would not require the constant checking --- something that I could just set the temp and leave to do its business?
