Hello from California. So I am very new to smoking, just a couple of weeks actually. I was not sure if smoking was for me, so I ordered a smokenator for my webber. Hay if I did not like it, it was only 65 bucks. Well turns out I love it! With the help of my maverick, therma pin and lots of reading I have been able to produce some good pulled pork, tri tip and pork loin. My problem now is the webber kettle is just to small and not a REAL smoker. I see an UDS build in the near future! Glad I found a good site with some good info.

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums.
