Hello, I'm still pretty much a newbie at smoking, only been doing some for about a year now. Currently I'm using a Masterbuilt Pro electric, it works fairly well for me, although at times it does seem to cook fast. Currently I'm smoking in Virginia, although soon I will be moving out to Washington. I have been a member of the site for a while, just haven't posted up anything. Quite a bit of information I've been able to get from questions other people have posted. I'm getting in to trying new things in the smoker, right now I just put in my first brisket. Previously turkey, fatties,veggies, and pork tenderloins, so I need to vary it a bit of what I'm cooking up.
