Hello all,

My name is Anthony Richio and I'm from Midlothian Virginia which is right outside of Richmond. I have been smoking for a few years now, starting out with a Brinkman vertical smoker and recently getting a Big Green Egg which I love. I wanted one for the last 15 years and my wife finally let me pull the trigger on getting one. I am looking for tips, tricks and some good recipes so I can bring my smoking skills to a new level. I currently smoke ribs and shoulders and have one in the fridge marinating right now waiting to be put on the smoker tomorrow. I will post some pics when I am finished. I know I am pretty new at this but if I can help in any way please let me know.

Cheers,

Tony aka "Stugots"
