name is Brad from Minnesota, I have a GOSM gas been smoking for about 1 yr.

I'm looking at getting a MES this weekend, can't wait.

First off welcome to SMF there Brad. Now you'll like this place for there are alot of really good folks here that would just love to help you out with anything to do with smoking meat. Now you will find some good recipes here to like the fatties there are like a welcoming present for stopping in. Now all you need to do is go out there and get something to smoke and if you have any questions just post it here and we will answer it pretty darn quick. So with all that said:
