Newbie wood smoker from Las Vegas, NV

    Husband purchased a wood pellet smoker for me this summer.  I AM HOOKED !  In 3 months, I've smoked pork spare ribs, pork tenderloin, prime rib, fresh salmon, chicken quarters, pork chops, hamburgers, hotlinks and baked potatoes,  Smoked shrimp and jalapeno poppers are next on the list.  Can't wait!

    Sounds like you didn't waste any time breaking in the pellet pooper!

    So much to learn.  Every smoke is a heavenly adventure!  I have also done a whole pork shoulder.   Lots of pulled pork for a family feast.  YUM
