On a whim I decided to buy a used Little Chief electric smoker for $15.00 after a couple years with a charcoal kettle grill.  And I though it time to jump into the Roll Call.  I also have one of those huge three burner propane grills, really its just an outdoor stove top, and it sucks for long cooking sessions because the air just blows through it.  And I also have a three year old Stok Tower Grill.  So far my first two smoke sessions with salmon have turned out great, despite drying out some pork loin steaks.  I intend to smoke cheese, grilled cheese, jerky, and whatever else sounds good.  Happy smoking!
