I have had a idea of building a upright smoker for several years , but have not done anything about it....

Today , I am living in a log home in middle Tn. about 75 miles south of Nashville....I am retired, lil wifey is still working...

Today while out roaming around I found a old truck fuel tank,,, that is 26 in. X  6 ft.  and made of aluminum.... I intend to stand it on its end and build a smoker/ cooker out of it.... I know how to fabricate, weld a little , and cut and grind
