Newbie w/Perfect-Flame gas-vert

Hello!!

We purchased a Perfect-Flame gas-vertical smoker from Lowes.
Assembled and seasoned her last night.

20+ years experience with charcoal and gas, and have always admired my friends smoker-meats.


I hope to learn from the Grill-Masters in the forums!
