Rxdealer here. Yes I'm a local drug dealer, however, a legal one at that. I'm a pharmacist. Im in my mid 30's and looking to expand my outdoor cooking. I feel very proficient on my gas grill and have stepped up to smoking with a masterbuilt 2 door vertical cabinet propane smoker. I'm in the middle of my second smoke and I'm trying a Boston butt. First round was some baby back ribs and they probably needed more time in the smoker due to texture but the taste was great. Hopefully the butt will turn out better. I've given myself more time this time to allow for it to completely cook. Such a wealth of knowledge here and I look forward to learning more from you all.

Welcome to the board, Rx! Signing up is kind of like stepping onto a moving carousel. People here are eager to share their knowledge.

I'm running an old small Weber kettle and an offset stick burner.
