Hey everyone, I'm from California but reside in Colorado now. Been grillin for years and years but I am kinda new to bbq. This site looks like it has alot of traffic. Im the proud owner of 1 - 18 WSM a couple a gassers and a weber kettle. I did this reverse seared steak and wife made steak salads a few days ago....(new camera takes good photos)
