Hello all,
My name is Troy. I am new to this site and new to the whole smoking scene. I have used this site for some time to research both smokers and how to's. I live in southwest Michigan. I work for Sheet Metal Workers Local 7. I do not own a smoker yet, but am getting ready to pull the trigger (probably either a YS-640 or a Grid iron). I recently had the chance to demo a Treager for a week and a half and put out some decent food and can see the fun ahead learning about smoking and putting out some good food.
I have some questions about the 2 smokers I listed but will wait and put them in an appropriate post and place.
I look forward to the time ahead both using and contributing to this forum.
