Hi everyone, I've been wanting and researching smokers now for about a year or so. Just got my little 36" Smoke Hollow gas with a window and can hardly wait to use it. First I've got to season it, but after that, who knows what's in store. I've gas grilled for ever but I've heard it is a whole different world "Smok'n". I'm a 50 something female and live in beautiful Sedona, AZ, and my family and I love all kinds of meat and fish. Can't wait to educate myself and try some of the recipes here at SMF..
