Just wanted to say Hi, I have a Master Forge gas smoker, live in Ontario Canada, I have smoked a couple of briskets, ribs and chicken I am hoping that by joining this forum I will be able to perfect this way of cooking or at least get better at it
. Looking forward to reading the many suggestions given by you more experienced smokers.
