Greetings from a fellow smoker! I am a native Texan who has been living in the California bay area for the past 26 years. I recently moved back to Houston this past November! I am a life long Dallas Cowboys fan! I have been a Social Worker for the past 25 years and I am a graduate of Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas. I am an avid chef and smoker/griller. I plan to pick up my new Old Country Wrangler Smoker from Academy next week and plan to immediately begin to test and modify it to meet my smoking pleasure. I would like to introduce myself to my fellow Smokers and I look forward to learning from all the skill and knowledge you guys are willing to share. Be blessed!:-)

Welcome from SC. I'm sure you will enjoy this great site. There are lots of really good folks here who are always eager to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading.

Good luck with your new Wrangler. I think they are good smokers. Keep on smokin', Joe.

Thanks fellas! Looking forward to smoking with you guys!:-)

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a rainy and stormy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
