Name is Bubba and live in south Georgia near the Georgia/Florida line. Stumbled across the site looking for a recipe for Spanish mackeral dip. When I saw the site, just had to lean back and smile. Been smoking food for a long time. Started on a Cook n Cajun water smoker 25+ years ago (nope, I ain't a spring chicken). Now do 95% of outdoor cooking on a Big Green Egg. Do love that cooker. Usually crank the egg up 2 or 3 times a week. The rest is split between a kettle grill, though occasionally will crank up the gasser if "quick" is an issue. Looking forward to looking around the site and learning some new things.
