I am the Ag Teacher at New Site High School in Northeast Mississippi.My Name Is Paul. I have a smoker I bought from Home Depot many years ago its a barrel type with a lower fire box. I love to smoke ribs and Boston butts. I recently have gotten a new shop at school with some pretty nice equipment like oxy-acetylene torch, stick and wire welders. Then last week we got a awesome plasma cutter!!!! A company donated us a 80 gal air compressor tank and I'm getting some steel next week to build our school a smoker for school events. I have a few questions and from what Ive seen on here this is the place to ask! I will post questions on another thread since this is the introduction area.
