Green Bay Wisconsin
Hi,

I am Kevin from Green Bay, Wisconsin, I built a smoker last year out of wood around this time and smoked summer sausage, hot-sticks, chicken, turkey, ribs, pork butt, and roast all of theses a couple of times, so I am kind of new to smoking, and kind of not. I am trying to devise a plan for my new build I want to be able to smoke all of this stuff without having to babysit so much so I joined this website to get better informed on what to and what not to do and I want to build it out of wood again, bigger and have it pretty high tech.

Thanks,

Kevin

Welcome, sorry to get off your subject, but will be going to the green bay/eagles game on the 16th and staying in Ashwaubenon for the weekend. Would you know of any Q joints or sausage houses to recommend? Sorry to jump off your subject but am looking for home town info. We will now return to your program in it's entirety. Thanks

There is one pretty good one 3 or 4 blocks east from the stadium, it is called Joe's texas bbq, it is on south Ashland don't know the exact address, if you go, get there early It sells out fast!!!! There is another one on Lombardi going east on the right hand side not sure what it is called or anybody talk about it. That's all that I know of.

I just heard of a wine barrel smokers! There are some cool builds out there. P.s. I just stumbled upon a wine barrel this morning!!
