just purchased a Char Griller pro model with side fire box. But the company has nothing to tell me how to use the damn thing....lol. What do I put in the fire box.....how do I actually smoke with it......if some one could guide me in the right direction it would be awesome.....thanx!!!!

Yep.  Welcome.  Get urself some lump (natural wood) carx and go to work.  Lots of simple mods to make that thing work better.  Not much work, but lots of experimentation.  You can get some great smokes off that unit.

Welcome to SMF. Lots of knowledge here. I have the chargriller with SFB too. With a few mods it makes some killer Q. Use that search tool up top and search char griller mods.
